orders are typically handed to carriers on Mondays and Thursdays depending on order volume at the time and in person events. If you would like to know if events may effect shipping times, please click here to see the projected event schedule.

Large orders are more difficult for me to pack due to upcycling most boxes, so they may take longer to ship depending on order volume at the time. If you have a big order that needs to be shipped out quickly, let me know ahead of time so I can prioritize it!

All orders are delivered via USPS unless another carrier is specifically requested before ordering.

You will receive a tracking number via email when I ship the item. Tracking numbers will likely be updated in some time between a few hours to a few days dependent on post office activity/funding.

the shop owner is so friendly and was very fast about my order <3 I didn't expect to hear anything about my order for at least a few days, but within a few hours they got back to me quickly saying they could ship my order out the next day!! on top of the positive interaction, THE KEYCHAINS ARE SO. I received my order which was lovingly packaged! It had my two adorable keychains that are absolutely adorable! The quality of my items are great and very durable! I plan on adding them to my purse!!
