🌐Processing time
Orders are typically handed to carriers on Mondays and Thursdays depending on order volume at the time and in person events. If you would like to know if events may effect shipping times, please click here to see the projected event schedule.
Large orders are more difficult for me to pack due to upcycling most boxes, so they may take longer to ship depending on order volume at the time. If you have a big order that needs to be shipped out quickly, let me know ahead of time so I can prioritize it!
🌐Order Tracking
All packages ordered will receive a valid tracking number via USPS that will be given to you through email confirmation. Please keep an eye on your tracking and reach out to me if there are any issues.
🌐Shipment Issues
- ❌Damaged/Wrong Item: If you receive a package that is damaged or an incorrect item, please reach out with a picture of the items alongside your order number immediate after receiving your order. A new package with the correct/undamaged item will be sent to you no extra charge.
- ❌Refused delivery: Please make sure to verify that you either have a validated address by the United States Postal Service. If you provide an invalid address and the package gets returned to me, you will be notified via email.
- ❌Lost Packages: If you have received a tracking number that says package is in transit for more than 2 weeks or has stopped updating, please reach out! Any packages that are lost at fault of USPS will be replaced no expense to you (as long as the items are not sold out).

International shipping is currently limited my Etsy at this time.
