If you have any concerns with your order, please reach out to me within 30 days. Currently in place is a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you have placed an order and I have not made a shipping label for it yet, please contact me and I can cancel your order for you, giving you a full refund.
📫Exchanges
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me if the item is incorrect or defective so that I can make it right. Incorrect items will be replaced free of charge and if you would like, you can keep the incorrect item. If not, a return label will be provided if the value of the item is more than the cost of shipping.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once the item(s) are returned and made sure that they are in the above condition, you will be notified if your return is approved. If it is, the return amount minus return shipping costs will be refunded to the original payment method. Please remember based on your bank or credit card company it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to fully return to your account.
