Orders are typically handed to carriers every other day depending on order volume at the time and in person events. If you would like to know if events may effect shipping times, please click here to see the projected event schedule.

Large orders are more difficult for me to pack due to upcycling most boxes, so they may take longer to ship depending on order volume at the time. If you have a big order that needs to be shipped out quickly, let me know ahead of time so I can prioritize it!

All orders are delivered via USPS unless another carrier is specifically requested before ordering.

You will receive a tracking number via email when I ship the item. Tracking numbers will most likely be updated the same night your package is shipped.

If you have an item that breaks, doesn't arrive to you even though you received a tracking number, or any other complication, please reach out! I want to make sure you're happy with your order ☺
